Two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse with 5 beds: Bedroom 1: (upstairs) One Queen (Bed #1), One Full bed (Bed #2) and 1 Full Bath Bedroom 2: (upstairs) One Queen (Bed #3) , One Full convertible Futon (Bed #4, made in advance upon request) and 1 Full Bath. A pack and play is available in the closet of this room. Downstairs: Bunk bed with one twin (Bed#5) and 1 Half Bath in living room. The living room contains a CordaRoy’s Bean Bag (as seen on Shark Tank bean that converts into a full bed for the floor. A pillow and sheet setup is in a bag located by the washer and dryer upstairs along with beach towels. Full kitchen with gas stove, Samsung oven with AirFryer technology, microwave with convection oven technology, full refrigerator, garbage disposal and Ninja single size blender. Two coffee makers, one drip pot coffee and Keurig one cup maker. Smart streaming TVs with cable in both bedrooms and living room. Steps to the seasonally heated pool from the back porch with grill, and 4 additional chairs for seating. The storage unit on the back porch contains two chairs, two beach tents with weights, a skin board, a boogie board, frisbee can slam, noodles, and kid’s beach toys :)

-1 car max (unless you are willing to block one car and park the golf cart sideways behind it) -Please charge the golf cart daily (if used). If the cart's battery level gets too low, the smart charger won't charge them. The charger and extension cord are located in the bunk-bed closet, downstairs. Also, the charger isn't waterproof, so please don't leave it out in the rain. To operate the golf cart, insert the key upside down and turn it clockwise (1 click on, 2 clicks lights). Next to the key there is a three position switch (Up F, Center N, Down R "Beeeeeeeeeeep"). -We do our very best to offer clean crisp white linens for every guest even though we currently do not have access to commercial linen service. Please help us make this possible by preventing stains on towels/linens during your stay. Using towels for makeup removal, hair dye, or any other activity that cause stains may result in replacement fees. If stains do occur please pre treat with the Forex in the laundry room as soon as possible. If you need to wash towels or any linens during stay, please wash whites completely separately from anything colorful. Its amazing how much one colorful towel will discolor an entire load of whites! -No smoking inside. Please use butt holes outside. -Silver trash bins, labeled "GHBR", are located in between buildings next to the street. Please dispose of excessive/biohazard bathroom/kitchen trash throughout your stay. We'll take care of reasonable remaining trash on check-out day. -Wear sunscreen...and deodorant -Us locals have a saying here on the FL coast, "Don't like the weather? Just wait 15 minutes!" Summer storms happen almost daily, but also typically pass very quickly! -Enjoy every minute you can!

Keyless entry and gate codes provided after booking. For your safety and in order to further protect the property, we utilize security cameras on the exterior of the property. These are limited to 1) a camera in the doorbell, and 2) a camera overlooking the back patio. No cameras or noise monitors are used within the rental property.
